Law of attraction exercise: The 555 rule
I will admit: I’ve been experimenting with different law of attraction practices recently. I’ve been a fan of the philosophy for a few years now, and it’s absolutely changed my life. I am a huge fan of Abraham Hicks (and have even seen her in person), and say my affirmations out loud, but have only recently discovered the practice of the 555.
The 555 technique is simple, as long as you can focus on one desire you want to manifest. Once you figure out which desire to focus out, narrow down your desire to one sentence. Write the sentence as if you are attaining your goal.
Power sentence: “I am manifesting _________.”
Use a journal to write (this doesn’t work unless it’s handwritten!) and write this sentence 55 times, for 5 days straight.
Is your hand cramping yet? (hint, it’s ok to take breaks to rest your hand but please write all 55 at once. Don’t write a few sentences, then forget all day, then finish at night- it doesn’t work like that!) I promise this won’t take more than 20-30 minutes.
Please be alone without distractions during this practice.
Obviously I was skeptical when I first heard about this technique, but I gave it a try anyway. I just completed my fifth day. And guess what? On the third day, my desire came true!
The number five is a sacred number that awakens your personal power while lifting your vibration, and also calling in the forces of nature to assist. Whether or not you believe the spiritual side, repetition of the manifestation will program it deep into your subconscious mind.
Don’t break the flow! Do this five days in a row.
This process only works if you are manifesting something that is in alignment with the higher frequencies, as in- you cannot use this for harm.
And keep in mind, you may not see results within the 5 days (chances are you will) but if not, it will come with time as it’s been implanted in your subconscious.
Remember, where your attention goes energy flows.
